Grundstück, Trockner, Waschmaschine, Hund erlaubt - Beautiful modern villa, fully equipped and located in the quiet outskirts of the village of Ouveillan. This is a small town well-stocked. It is at the crossroads of major cultural sites like the famous Canal du Midi (World Heritage Site by UNESCO) or the harbours of the Somail and of the village of Capestang (popular for its enchanting, restaurants, boat rentals and bike) and Roman Narbonne. It is also an idyllic area for all nature lovers. At only few kilometers: the massif of Clape (famous for its hiking trails, climbing cliffs at his mountain bike), and the fabulous scenery of Bages lakes (frequented by many migratory birds). And finally, the white sand beaches of Gruissan are only 25 km and therefore allow daily escapades. This house of 120 m² (with no pollution from the semi attached with a hairdresser) has an outdoor area of 1200 m². About half this area is the garden with the pool and the other half, the orchard and parking. The private pool is protected by an alarm.
