Grundstück, Waschmaschine - ?Perla? is a lovely villa located in Terrasini area, at about 10 km from the International Airport of Palermo ?Falcone&Borsellino and about 30 km from city centre of Palermo. Villa Perla, like a pearl, lays itself down on the fascinating and imposing coastline bathed by the crystal waters of Tyrrhenian Sea. The look overlooks the whole coastline of Western Sicily. During the sunrise the sun seems emerging from the sea in a dance of colours that will give you and unforgettable experience. The Villa has a direct access to the sea reachable through a little path going down to the underneath bay. It is possible to go inside the villa from the living room , characterised by large panoramic windows from where it can be enjoyed a wonderful sea view. A little corridor leads to the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary and to the bedrooms, one with queen size bed, one with French double bed and one single bedroom. The bathroom is with shower.
